From the Washington, DC metro-area to Las Vegas, Nevada, Jaleo has been our favorite restaurant for decades. We’ve celebrated so many special moments in our lives for us, with our friends, & with our family over the past 20+ years at Jaleo, operated by beloved chef and humanitarian José Andrés, & in 2021, we finally tried the Disney Springs location which has become our pick for the Best Restaurant at Disney Springs!

If you find yourself in Orlando, you absolutely must dine at Jaleo by José Andrés because the entire experience is phenomenal & the perfect spot for your next Disney Date Night. A visit to Jaleo isn’t complete without sampling one of their mouthwatering wood-fired Paella’s & we promise, they are worth the 45 minute wait …but if you order only one thing at Jaleo, do yourself a favor & make it the Patatas Bravas. This is the Tapa that got us hooked over 20 years ago.
