Wander with us as we arrive at our home-away-from-home, the Walt Disney World Resort via Disney’s Magical Express service on the first day of our Fall 2016 Walt Disney World Vacation. Β Upon arrival, we check in to our Walt Disney World Deluxe Resort, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, featuring a tour of our King Bed/Lagoon View guest room.
For the afternoon, we attempt to bar hop the Epcot Resort Area and enjoy some sun, sand and cocktailsΒ atΒ the Yacht & Beach Club Resort’s feature pool, Stormalong Bay. Β We have lunch and share our review of an old favorite, Beaches & Cream Soda ShopΒ in Disney’s Beach Club Resort.
Travel Note: Although we attempt to day drink, our mission is a complete failure as we learn that most of the Walt Disney World Resort Feature Bar’s are not open until 4:00 p.m. Β In result, we are relegated to our Resort’s pool bar.
Then follow along as we dine on top of The World and share our review of the newly re-imagined California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Β Finally, weΒ end the night trick or treating our way around Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!
